1. Agreement to Terms

If for any reason, the Course/Program or the Company should dissolve or cease to exist, then your access (and this agreement) will be terminated. Lifetime access is non-transferable. The Company reserves the right to terminate a Course/Program, and/or access to certain features or Content, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but it is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement. Any future closure of a Course/Program does not affect the refund policy and does not entitle you to any form of refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We will always display the current price before you complete a purchase. The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount due. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method in connection with any purchase.

Payment Plans

If you choose to pay for a Course with a payment plan, you agree to pay the full amount over a series of installments. You cannot choose to pay for one module of a Course and not others.

IMPORTANT: If you fail to make payment in a timely manner or voluntarily decide to withdraw from a Course at any time or for any reason, you will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Course and all payments in any payment plan you choose.

If you fail to make any payment when it is due, your account status will be changed to “collections” and we will attempt to charge your payment method every [2-7] days. If payment is not received within [10-14] days, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course and all Content immediately and permanently, without refund.

Refund Policy – NO REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED.

Due to the immediate access to digital content upon purchase, all sales of courses, programs, digital products, and services are final. Once you have accessed course materials, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Please carefully review all course descriptions, content previews, and materials before purchasing to ensure you are purchasing the correct course. Failure to use a course you purchased from us does not give you the right to refuse payment or request a refund.

Chargeback Policy: Since we have a clear and explicit No Refunds policy that you have agreed to prior to completing your purchase, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase, or we receive a chargeback threat, we reserve the right to report the incident to all relevant authorities and payment processors. Chargeback abusers wishing to resolve the issue must make payment for the amount of the chargeback plus any associated fees.

Course Access

Once purchased, you will have lifetime access to course materials as defined in Section 2. We reserve the right to update or modify course content to improve the educational experience.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on Tune in Tarot, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio recordings, graphics, course materials, and tarot card interpretations, is owned by Aline Delille and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws under French and international law.

Your Limited License

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This means you may view, download, and use the course materials for your own personal development or your own tarot practice only. You retain NO ownership rights to the Content – it remains Company property.

Restrictions – What You Cannot Do

You may NOT:

You agree to pay liquidated damages of five (5) times the total fees paid for the course in the event of Unauthorized Use, or a minimum of €5,000 if you did not pay fees for the course, in addition to any legal or equitable remedies the Company may be entitled to pursue. This is not a penalty but an agreed liquidated damages charge for Unauthorized Use.

Prohibition on AI Training

Tune in Tarot does NOT consent to the Content on this website being used, downloaded, scraped, or accessed by any third parties for the purposes of developing, training, or operating artificial intelligence or other machine learning systems (“AI Purposes”), except as authorized by the owner in writing.

Users of this website, including any third parties accessing the website through automated systems, are strictly prohibited from using any Content for AI Purposes. Users or automated systems that fail to respect this prohibition will be considered to have breached these Terms and Conditions and may be subject to legal action.
